Mission Statement:
It is the Mission of the Eastern Shoshone Recovery Program (ESRP) to address the healthcare needs of the Wind River Reservation Community through the provision of the highest quality treatment services to individuals and families who are suffering from the illness of alcoholism and drug addiction.

Provides substance abuse/dual evaluations and intensive outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents.
The program is designed to help those suffering from addictions and other mental illnesses to embrace a holistic lifestyle and path toward wellbriety and wholeness.
Group, individual, and family counseling are offered.
In addition, inpatient referrals and coordination are made depending of the individual needs.
The program promotes prevention, awareness, and healthy alternatives.
